Book a bumper bar collection
Use the form below to request a collection for your smash repair workshop. We’ll review the details and contact you to confirm the collection size, timing, price and pickup arrangements.
Please allow approximately two weeks between submitting your request and collection. Timing will depend on the collection route and current capacity.
Minimum 45 bumper bars | 45 bars: $235 | 60 bars: $315
Service area: north to Gosford, west to Windsor, south to Ingleburn and east to Brookvale.
Before we arrive: your preparation checklist
Remove the following from each bumper bar before your collection date:
- Metal components, grilles and clips
- Headlights and fog lamps
- Parking sensors
- Metal screws
- Wiring harnesses
- Foam and soft plastics.
Stack the stripped bars in a safe, accessible location for our driver to load onto the truck.

Note: Your collection will be confirmed once Boxhead Plastics has contacted you and agreed on the pickup arrangements.
Collection frequency and service area
Collections are available weekly, fortnightly, monthly or on request. If your workshop regularly generates bumper bars, we can help you choose a schedule that keeps them from piling up.
Our current collection area runs:
- North to Gosford
- West to Windsor
- South to Ingleburn
- East to Brookvale
